Week 1: Finding The Money

Here’s our goal for Week 1: Our goal is for you to know exactly what to sell, exactly what to charge, exactly who to target, and exactly which model to use for maximum freedom and profitability.

Here’s how we’ll get there:

• Finding your SuperPower: The “Big Thing” you can sell. You’ll be crystal clear on exactly what to offer, so you can immediately begin marketing yourself and attracting clients!
• Uncovering The True Value: What you can sell it for. You’ll get crystal clear on exactly how much you can charge for your offer …while still having your High Level Customers and Clients feeling like they got the deal of a lifetime …so you can sell it with confidence and clarity!
• Where The Money Is: Realizing exactly who your best prospects are so you can focus ONLY on them. This immediately STOPS overwhelm, stress, and extra work because now you’re laser-focused just on the people who will happily pay you!
• Discovering the perfect model to serve them with: Now that you know what to offer, what to charge, and exactly who to sell it to them, it’s time to get crystal clear on exactly what to do to make them happy and get them the results they want as quickly and effectively as possible.
  That’s why we’ll be taking a deep dive into the Six High Level Models so you can choose the one that delivers the best results for you and your new clients.

Week 2: What To Do When You GET The Money.

Our mission for week two is for you to know exactly how to keep clients happy and exactly how to run the “operations” side of your business so you’ll never be worried or overwhelmed by clients again.

This is extremely important because it gives you great confidence in knowing you’ll be worth the money …so you’ll have an easier time selling, marketing, and attracting customers and clients with total confidence.

Here’s how we’ll get there:

• We’ll go behind the scenes into exactly how to run each model, so you can see the specific ways to keep customers and clients happy, get them results, and do it in a way that allows you to have autonomy and personal freedom …(so you’re not working all the time!)
• For the Consulting Model: You’ll see exactly how I was able to manage (literally) DOZENS of clients all at once …while only working with them for three hours per day.
  You’ll see the tools you need, plus you’ll discover how to keep them accountable (without beig a nag) so they actually get results and keep paying you!
• For the Group Coaching Model: You’ll discover the “Triple Touch” coaching method that is, hands down, the most effective and highly leveraged way to deliver group coaching …and I’ve never taught it or seen anyone else do it.
  This is an incredible way to be able to serve a nearly limitless amount of students …and literally work only a few hours per WEEK on the fulfillment of your services.

• For The Professional Services Model: First, you’ll discover the MAIN things your customers want from you …so you can only offer and do those services. (This keeps you from being overworked and overwhelmed …and it allows you to scale, quickly).
  Then I’ll show you how to “systemize” everything about the delivery of your service so that even if you’re doing it personally, you’ll be able to do it quickly so you can serve more clients without extra work.
  Then you’ll discover how to SCALE by taking those same systems you just created, and giving them to key staff members who can take over and do the work for you …so you can either take time off and have relatively passive revenue, devote your time entirely to getting new clients, or a little bit of both.
• For The Fee + Royalty Model: I’ll begin by walking you through every deal I’ve ever done, including showing you the “contracts”, operating agreements, and systems I used to make sure I got paid …so you can operate with confidence knowing you’re going to get the money you deserve.
  Next, I’ll show you how to identfy the “fastest money areas” so you’ll know exactly what to do first to get huge gains for your clients …and therefore get your money faster.
  Finally, I’ll show you the three types of deals, Fee+ Royalty, Royalty Only, and Equity Plays …and show you how to decide which one to propose on a client-per-client basis.

Week 3: Positioning: Pre-Framing, Indoctrination, And Conversion

By the end of week three, our goal is to have your ads, your opt in pages, your indoctrination materials, and your conversion methods all lined up and ready to go so you can start generating HIGH LEVEL leads.

In this module, you’ll MASTER …

• How to reverse engineer your magnetic market positioning based on the psychological values of your perfect prospect so you can tap directly into the his subconscious and make him say, “THIS IS FOR ME”!
• How to create your pre-framing materials so your prospects will respect you as an authority and a trusted advisor …before they even see your sales materials.
• How to use “Milestone sequencing” for indoctrination that makes them chase you.
• You’ll get examples, swipes files, and templates for Indoctrination Videos, Whitepapers, Articles, Free-Reports, Webinars, and more …so you’re able to hit the ground running without staring at a “blank screen” wondering what to do next.

Week Four: Automation!

By the end of week four, you’ll know how to tie all the pieces together to form one well-oiled automated marketing system that delivers leads and customers consistently …without depending on your input or time!

Here’s how we’re going to to do it:

• You’ll get a detailed process map and blueprint for every type of campaign …for each model …so you can easily know exactly what to do and when.
• ALL of these systems let you automate your lead generation and filtering processes so you’re ONLY dealing with people who have jumped through hoops to get to you (or have already given you money!)

• How to use CROSS-CAMPAIGNING so you can experience “LEAD COMPOUNDING”. (Remember, just because an opt-in doesn’t buy this month doesn’t means he’s not interested. LEAD COMPOUNDING is a brutally effective way to automatically continue to pre-sell and indoctrinate …even when the campaign is over.)

Week Five: High Level Traffic!

Week Six: Selling With POWER!

By the end of week six, you’ll master FIVE different closing methods that require NO pressure, NO chasing, NO objection handling, and NO “salesiness”.

Here’s how you’ll do it:

1. Method #1: The “Demonstration Of Power Method” which closes ready-to-buy clients through 1-on-1 conversations …without “selling” or using any pressure.
2. Method #2: The “Takeaway + Interview”. This is usually a 20 minute conversation where you’re essentially interviewing the prospect to make sure he’s right for YOU.
   It has an extremely high close rate because it’s used with specific campaigns that pre-sell him completely and then use “takeaway psychology” to have him selling YOU on accepting him as a client.
3. Method #3: The “Group Discovery”. This method uses the rule of “Commitment And Consistency” to close a high percentage of customers in a small group setting.
   It’s how we close our clients in the Financial business and it’s how I closed $550,000.00 of mastermind sales last year. This is an extremely powerful method of selling that your clients LOVE.
4. Method #4: The Direct Sale. For products and services under $10,000.00, you can choose to sell directly from a campaign …with no interaction with prospects at all.
   There is a 12 part FORMULA for doing this, and I’ll walk you through it in week six.
5. Method #5: Email Only. This method works extremely well with certain indoctrination and sales techniques …especially webinars (automated, Hybrid, and LIVE), as well as “low hanging fruit” campaigns where you’ve built up a list and want to generate quick buyers.
